Hadeer Elhabashy to participate in 70th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting

Meeting Nobel Laureates and young researchers from across the world

Ever since 1951, the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting is held in Lindau at Lake Constance, bringing together young researchers and renowned Nobel Prize laureates. At this year's meeting, to be held online from June 27 to July 2, 2021, Hadeer Elhabashy from the MPI for Developmental Biology will have the opportunity to talk to the eminent authorities across scientific areas and connect with other young researchers.

Andrei Lupas, Scietific Director of the Department of Protein Evolution, suggested Hadeer Elhabashy for participation because of her scientific excellence. Her research is centered on the questions of how proteins interact with each other; a topic that is relevant for a wide range of medical and industrial applications. Among the 650 participants of the 70th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting, Hadeer Elhabashy was also selected along with 20 to 30 others to present at the Next Gen Science Session.
